Bon Jus is a magical wine produced by Ryan Stirm. One of our favorite, true, 'vignerons' in the US. We approached Ryan about creating the Bon Jus label in early in 2019. He told us, he's never made a skin-contact wine. We asked..."But you could, right?" "Yeah, yeah I guess I could" , grinned Ryan. The rest is history. Our goal with Bon Jus is to provide a delicious drinking experience that overdelivers for the price.
